Testing, inspection, and engineering advice under one contract.
Final service categories are confirmed with each client. These four cover most of the work we're asked to scope.
Materials Testing
Every cylinder, core, and soil sample is logged against its source, its test date, and the technician who ran it, so a result on your desk traces cleanly back to the pour or the borehole it came from.
- Concrete cube & cylinder strength testing
- Slump and workability testing
- Soil compaction (Proctor) & field density
- Aggregate grading and sieve analysis
Quality Control & Site Inspection
An inspector on site at pour, at compaction, and at rebar fix-up, checking the work against drawings and specification before it's covered up, with observations and photos filed the same day.
- Reinforcement & formwork inspection before pour
- Compaction and sub-grade verification
- Non-conformance tracking through to close-out
- Photographic site records
Laboratory Reporting
Test certificates are issued against the sample record, not typed up from a notebook afterwards, so the number on the certificate matches what was logged at the bench.
- Test certificates with full sample traceability
- 7- and 28-day concrete strength scheduling
- Digital records, available on request
- Signed reports ready for submission
Civil Works Consultancy
Design review, construction supervision, and technical advice through the life of a job, brought in at the planning stage or partway through an existing contract.
- Construction supervision
- Technical drawing review
- Structural assessment
- Procurement & specification advice
